Please note that for the purposes of the Chip Tips Charter the term 'Online Casino' implies online casinos, poker rooms and sports books.

Conditions of the Chip Tips Charter

• The Casino Chip Tips Charter is only valid if the casino software was downloaded through one of the links on the www.casinochiptips.com website.
• All links to casinos and casinos that are advertised on this site are covered by the charter.
• The Charter is only valid if we receive a claim within 48 hours of dispute arising.

Definition of the Chip Tips Charter

• The Chip Tips Charter is an insurance policy for all deposits made with the online casino, up to a maximum value of $1,000 (US dollars, or other currency equivalent).
• The Chip Tips Charter will come into effect under the following conditions:

• The online casino fails to honor a legitimate cash in request.
• The online casino does not respond to any requests for processing a cash-in.
• The online casino fails to recognize a win, and refuses to credit winnings to the player's account.
• The online casino goes out of business and fails to pay out.

Procedure for Lodging a Claim

In the event of a claim, the player must contact Casino Chip Tips with the following information:

• The name of the casino.
• The date you registered with the casino.
• Your username.
• All correspondence with the online casino.
• Dates and amounts of deposits you have made.
• The date of the cash-in request.

Claim Settlement Process

In the event of Casino Chip Tips receiving a claim, firstly we will attempt to resolve the matter between the player and the online casino. Should all attempts to do so result in failure we will refund the player's deposits up to a maximum of $1000, or less, if the total amount deposited was less. If the casino eventually honors the request, there will be no claim against Casino Chip Tips and we will consider the claim closed.

Casino Chip Tips will refund deposits in its sole discretion and reserves the right to not pay a player if there is substantial evidence that the player is at fault, or is attempting to make a false claim.

Casino Chip Tips resolution of each claim will be final, no player will have any further claims once a final ruling is made.

General Terms

The Chip Tips Charter should be interpreted in accordance with the general terms and conditions as they apply to each online casino, and in particular, bonus terms and conditions. For example, a player can't lodge a claim against a casino that refuses to process a cash-in request when bonus money has not been released due to wagering requirements.
